Operational update
In July, the total number of self-operated standard AHS stores in high-tier cities such as Shenzhen and Chengdu increased by ten. AHS Recycle continued setting up more franchised standard stores in shopping malls in multiple cities by providing industry partners with recycling know-how and high-quality value-for-money pre-owned electronic products for retail.
AHS Recycle leads a series of crossover consumer campaigns themed “Recycle for Reborn” with Aldi, Sekkisei and Bilibili to collect empty plastic bottles, cosmetics containers, and idle consumer electronic product accessories and toys, respectively. The quests are returning the above-mentioned to AHS Recycle for specific rewards. As a result, consumers and brand owners have joined AHS Recycle’s efforts to practice eco-friendly recycling and circular consumption activities.

NDRC and the Ministry of Finance strengthen support for large-scale consumer goods trade-in
In July, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Ministry of Finance co-released a document on how to implement the plan for equipment renewal and trade-in of consumer goods, proposing relevant measures to coordinate the allocation of about 300 billion yuan of ultra-long-term special treasury bond funds to strengthen support for large-scale equipment updates and consumer goods trade-in. The document proposes to support the trade-in of household appliances including computers, and clarifies the subsidy standards.
AHS Recycle joins hands with partners to advocate the development of the circular economy
Recently, AHS Recycle, together with 22 brand owners and dozens of business owners, partnered with the commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development. The group also jointly launched the “Carbon Recycling Carnival” in Shanghai – an interactive consumer campaign to promote the circular economy. The business communities, neighborhoods, and campuses teamed up to advocate a green lifestyle with a diversified user experience. By comprehensively leveraging the unique advantages and resources of all participants, consumers are provided with more convenient recycling channels, thus becoming increasingly aware of green and low-carbon actions and consumption.
